摘　　要： 大学精神是大学文化的灵魂,对大学发展具有价值引领、群体凝聚、激励熏陶等功能,是一所大学生命力、凝聚力和感召力的主要体现。本研究从对大学精神的内涵功能出发,结合西安科技大学的历史发展和文化,分析了西安科技大学精神中的民族精神、地域精神、联大精神、行业精神等要素,探讨了西安科技大学精神中创业精神、精彩精神、胡杨精神等构成。 University spirit, the soul of university culture, owns a value lead, group cohesion, inspiration and other functions for the development of the university. It manifests the vitality, cohesion and appeal of this university. Based on the connotation function of university spirit, combined with the historical development and culture of Xi^an University of Science and Technology, this paper analyzes the elements of national spirit, regional spirit, spirit of association, industry spirit and so on in the spirit of Xi’an University of Science and Technology, and discusses the composition of entrepreneurial spirit, wonderful spirit, populus spirit and other spirit of Xi’an University of Science and Technology.
