摘　　要： 高校大学生创新创业教育是一种涵盖创新教育和创业教育,以创新教育为前提,以创业教育为主导,培养学生创新思维、创业意识和创新创业实践能力为主的教育。当前,在众创背景下,高校作为造就"大众创业、万众创新"生力军的摇篮,如何通过深化高校创新创业教育改革来提升人才培养质量是一项重大课题。文章分析了高校创新创业教育面临的主要问题,提出了从"普及实践层、创新提升层、重点扶持层"三个层次,构建金字塔型的高校创新创业课程体系、实践体系和孵化体系,进而推动高校创新创业教育内涵式发展。 Innovation and entrepreneurship education for university students is a kind of education that covers innovation educa-tion and entrepreneurship education, taking innovation education as the prerequisite, entrepreneurship education as the leading factor, cultivating students^ innovative thinking, entrepreneurial consciousness and innovative entrepreneurial practice ability. At present, under the background of ＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂, as a cradle to create the new force of the ＂mass entrepreneurship and in-novation＂, it is a major issue for universities to enhance the quality of personnel training by deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education. This paper analyzes the main problems of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities, puts forward the construction of pyramid-based innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system, practice system and incubation sys-tem from the three levels of ＂universal practice layer, innovation promotion layer and key support layer＂, and then promotes the con- notative development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities.
