摘　　要： 目的了解影响大学生创业意向的个体因素。方法使用自编大学生创业意向问卷、一般自我效能感量表和威廉斯创造力倾向量表等对广州456名大学生进行调查,使用SPSS18.0进行数据分析。结果大学生一般自我效能感与其创业意向显著正相关;大学生创造力总体水平、好奇性维度和挑战性维度与其未来创业意向维度存在显著正相关。结论大学生的一般自我效能感、总体创造力、好奇性和挑战性会影响其创业意向。 Objective： to research the individual factors affecting college students＇ entrepreneurial intention. Methods： using the self-made questionnaire of college students＇ entrepreneurial intention,general self-efficacy scale and Williams creativity tendency scale to survey 456 college students in Guangzhou and using SPSS18.0 for data analysis. Results： There is a significant positive correlation between college students＇ general self-efficacy and their entrepreneurial intention; There is a significant positive correlation between the overall level of creativity, curiosity dimension and challenge dimension of college students. Conclusion： The general self-efficacy of college students have a certain effect on the entrepreneurial intention;the overall level of creativity of college students and curious,challenging dimension have some impact on their future entrepreneurial intention.
