摘　　要： "卓越工程师"专业教育是国家教育发展规划中一项重要的人才培养战略,东莞理工学院作为教育部"卓越工程师"首批61所试点院校,进行了积极改革与实践,探索了目前卓越工程师学生培养过程中存在的问题,并提出了应加强学业规划教育,提升系统学习能力;加强人际沟通训练,提升校园交往能力;加强活动参与动员,提升自主管理能力等相关对策与建议。 ＂Excellent engineers＂ professional education is an important talent training strategy in the national education develop-ment planning. Dongguan Polytechnic Institute has actively reformed and practiced as one of the first batch of 61 pilot colleges of M Excellence Engineer＂ of the Ministry of Education. This paper explores the current problems existing in the process of student train-ing in excellent engineers, and puts forward the necessity of strengthening the academic planning education, improving the systematic learning ability; The purpose of interpersonal communication training is to enhance the campus communication ability; The aim of the activities participation and mobilization is to enhance independent management ability and other related countermeasures and sugges-tions.
