摘　　要： 目前高校学风存在诸多问题,引导本科生考研是促进高校学风建设的重要途径。考研不仅是国家、地方对高层次人才培养的需要,也是高校学科建设和研究生教育的需要。本科生提升学历和知识水平符合社会发展需要,高校在增强学风建设过程中应建立一套完整的本科生考研引导工作机制。优化本科生教育教学模式、营造良好氛围、实行多层次分类指导是引导和促进本科生考研的有效措施。 At present, there are many problems in the style of study in colleges and universities, and guiding undergraduates to take postgraduate exams is an important way to promote the style of study in colleges and universities. Postgraduate entrance exami-nation is not only the requirement of the state and local training of high-level talents, but also the needs of discipline construction and graduate education. Since the improvement of education degree and knowledge of undergraduates meet the need of social devel-opment, colleges and universities should establish a complete working mechanism for undergraduate entrance examination in the pro-cess of strengthening the study style. Optimizing undergraduate education and teaching model, creating a good atmosphere and carry-ing out multi-level classification guidance are effective measures to guide and promote undergraduates^ postgraduate entrance examina-tion.
