摘　　要： 高校开展"两学一做"、"一学一做"教育实践是一项常态化的工作,学习习近平总书记系列重要讲话是一项重要的内容。在新媒体时代,高校传统政治学习的方法实效日渐式微,借鉴和利用微议程,应充分把握微议程的特色和原则,充分发挥微议程在网络舆情引导中的作用,可创新高校思想政治教育的方法和路径,提高思想政治教育的实效性。 Education practice of the ＂Two Studies, One Action＂, ＂One Studies, One Action＂ is a routine work in colleges and universities, and learning Xi Jinping general secretary＇s series of important speech is an important content. In the new media era, the effect of the traditional method of political learning in colleges and universities is declining. Introducing micro-agenda, grasping the characteristics and principles of micro-agenda, give full play to the role of micro-agenda in the guidance of network public opinion can reform the methods and pathways of innovative ideological and political education and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
