摘　　要： 建设一支成绩优异、工作能力强、综合素质高的学生干部对于不断优化高校学风状况,提高学风建设水平具有十分重要的意义。调查发现,学生干部存在学习态度一般,主动性不够,职业规划不清晰,学习投入较少,学习效果不理想等学风问题。学生干部在参与学风建设过程中对自己的角色认知不够,榜样作用不明显,同学评价不高。究其原因,涉及到学生干部自身学风、学校引导方法、社会和家庭观念等方面。因此,可从六个方面发挥大学生干部学风建设排头兵作用。 To build a student cadre team with outstanding academic performance,strong work ability and high comprehensive quality is of great significance for the constant optimization of college academic atmosphere and the improvement of its construction level. It＇s found that there exist some problems in the college student cadres＇ academic atmosphere,such as so-so learning attitude,less initiativeness,unclear career planning,less investment in learning and unsatisfactory study effects. The college student cadres do not know well about their own roles,don＇t behave like role models and don＇t get good evaluation from their schoolmates in the construction of academic atmosphere.This paper analyses their causes from such aspects as student cadres themselves,college guidance and social and family values. Meanwhile,it presents some suggestions on how to give full play to the leading roles of college student cadres in the building of learning atmosphere from six aspects.
