摘　　要： 目前,我国地理标志保护制度存在3个体系,即地理标志证明商标保护体系、地理标志产品保护体系和农业地理标志产品保护体系。根据地理标志产品保护体系,分析了山东省地理标志产品保护工作取得成绩和存在的不足,并提出了山东省地理标志产品保护工作的发展思路。 At present, there are three systems of protection of geographical indication system in China： geographical indications registration system, products of geographical indication protection system, agriculture products of geographical indication pro-tection system. Based on geographical indication protection systems, analysis of geographical indication protection work in Shandong province achievement and deficiencies,and the development of geographical indication protection in Shandong province.
