摘 要: 对黑茶由来进行了简单介绍,主要从黑茶降血糖、抗氧化、助消化、调理肠胃及降脂减肥等4个方面的保健功能进行了阐述,最后对黑茶保健功能的发展趋势进行了展望。 This paper first introduces the origin of Black Tea, mainly from the hypoglycemic effect and antioxidant effect, help digestion, gastrointestinal conditioning effect and lipid-lowering diet effects on the four aspects of the healthcare function of Black Tea are introduced, the development trend of the tea health function are discussed.
