叶顶间隙变化对压气机性能影响的研究

摘  要: 叶顶间隙变化会对压气机性能产生影响。本文应用NUMECA软件建立了1.5级轴流压气机模型,模拟盐雾腐蚀导致压气机叶顶间隙增大,提出平间隙、斜间隙两种间隙变化方案,通过改变间隙、转速和出口背压实现变工况,计算得到不同工况下压气机的各项性能参数。分析间隙变化前后压气机的总体性能变化以及流场变化情况。总体性能里包括流量、效率、压比、轴向力、扭矩和喘振裕度等,流场中性能参数的分布包括相对速度、熵、相对总压损失系数、相对马赫数、静压等。通过本文较为详细的论述,得到间隙变化对压气机各项性能的影响规律。 Tip clearance changes can impact the compressor perfor^ nance. This paper uses NUMECA software to establish a model of 1.5 stage axial compressor, simulating how the salt mist corrosion causes tip clearance of the air compressor increasing, and puts for^-ard two kinds of clearance variation scheme, that is flat tip clearance and oblique tip clearance. Through changing clearance, speed and outlet pressure to realize various conditions and to calculate performance parameters under different working conditions of the compressor. Analyze the overall performance and the flow field changes before and after the clearance change. Overall performance includes mass flow, efficiency, pressure ratio, axial thrust, torque, surge margin and so on, the distribution of performance parameters in the flow field includes the relative velocity, entropy, relative to the total pressure loss coefficient, relative Maher number, static pressure and so on. Through the specific analysis influence of clearance change on compressor performance was obtained
