摘　　要： 目的调查年龄和性别对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患病情况及伴发疾病的影响。方法收集本院体检中心和门诊NAFLD患者8429例,进行问卷咨询、体格检查、血脂和血糖等检测以及肝脏实时超声检查。按照年龄将其分为青年组(年龄<45岁)、中年组(45≤年龄<60岁)和老年组(年龄≥60岁),并比较不同组别患者的临床和实验室指标。结果随着年龄增长,NAFLD男性患者比例逐渐降低,而女性患者比例升高(P<0.01);NAFLD伴发各种代谢疾病比例在青年组、中年组和老年组中差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);除高脂血症外,3个年龄组中男性NAFLD伴发疾病比例均高于女性(P<0.01)。结论 NAFLD患者伴发代谢疾病比例与年龄和性别相关,这对NAFLD的预防和治疗具有一定的指导意义。 Objective To investigate the effects of gender and age on the prevalence and complications of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD）.Methods A total of 8429 NAFLD patients were selected from the Health Check-up Center and Outpatient Departments of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University（Qingdao）.The questionnaire-based survey,physical examinations,biochemical tests,and liver ultrasonography were performed for all cases.Patients were divided into young group（〈45 years）,middle aged group（45 years≤age60 years）,and old group（≥60 years） according to age,and the clinical features and laboratory findings were analyzed.Results The proportion of male patients gradually decreased with age,while the proportion of female patients increased（P〈0.01）;The incidences of metabolic diseases showed significant difference among young group,middle aged group,and old group（P〈0.01）.Except for hyperlipidemia,the proportion of male patients with NAFLD-accompanied metabolic symdrome was significantly higher than that of female patients in all three age groups（all P〈0.01）.Conclusions The prevalence of NAFLD-accompanied metabolic syndrome disease is associated with age and gender.This finding is useful for the prevention and treatment of NAFLD.
