摘　　要： 本文基于高职院校辅导员职业准入机制的内涵与意义,深入探讨构建辅导员职业准入机制的方法措施,继而重点解析培训在辅导员职业准入机制中的意义,以及辅导员准入机制建设对实现辅导员职业生涯可持续发展的现实意义,为当前高职院校加强辅导员工作准入机制的研究提供参考依据。 Based on the connotation and significance of the vocational college counselor access mechanism, this paper explores the methods and measures to construct the counselor＇s vocational access mechanism, and then analyzes the significance of training in the counselor＇s vocational access mechanism and the practical significance of the construction of the access mechanism to realize the sustainable development of the counselor ＇s career, so as to provide reference for the current vocational college to strengthen the study on counselor＇s vocational access mechanism.
