摘　　要： 港口是联系中国和海上东盟国家的重要载体,港口间合作潜力巨大,前景广阔.文章对中国-东盟国家港口间的关系进行了分析,研判了东盟国家主要港口在海上丝绸之路的地位,并构建了中国与东盟国家港口合作模式,在此基础上提出了中国与东盟国家港口合作建议. Ports are the important carriers to contact China and ASEAN （the association of south-east Asian nations） countries along the sea,there exist great potential and broad prospects for port cooperation. The relations between the ports of China and ASEAN countries were analyzed, then the status of the main port of ASEAN countries in the marine silk road was judged. On the basis of the construction of the mode of port cooperation between China and ASEAN countries, some suggestions of port cooperation between China and ASEAN countries were put forward.
