摘　　要： 结合我国高层建筑的实际情况,分析了高层建筑外墙渗漏原因,并从找平层、外墙面砖、屋面等方面,阐述了高层建筑外墙防渗漏施工技术,从而保证建筑质量,为后期建筑行业的健康发展奠定良好基础。 Combining with the actual situation of China＇s high-rise buildings,this paper analyzed the external wall leakage causes of high-rise building,from the leveling layer,external wall facing brick,roofing and other aspects,elaborated the anti leakage construction technology of exterior wall of high-rise building,so as to ensure the construction quality,laid good foundation for the healthy development of later period industry.
