摘 要: 针对山西电网现行市场交易机制与当前电网运行方式的矛盾,根据山西电网运行特性制定了供热及非供热电量分解交易方案。通过分析,可以有效缓解现行市场交易机制与当前电网运行方式的矛盾,同时通过历史数据测算验证了方案的有效性和可行性,且为电网安全稳定运行提供有力的技术保障。 To solve the contradiction between the current market trading mechanism and the operation mode of power grid, the program of heating and non-heating power decomposition transaction is established based on the operation characteristics of Shanxi power grid. By analyzing, the program could effectively alleviate the contradiction between the current market trading mechanism and the operation mode of power grid. The validity and feasibility of the program have been verified by calculation with historical data, which provides a strong technical support for the safe and stable operation of power grid.
