摘　　要： 莆蕈1号是野生大杯蕈经驯化栽培选育而成的新品种。从菌种生产、栽培季节、菇棚建造、栽培菌棒制作、出菇管理、采收加工及病虫害防治等方面总结其栽培技术。 ＇Puxun No.1＇ was a new variety domesticated from wild Clitocybe maxima.Cultivation technique for ＇Puxun No.1＇ was summarized in this paper from the aspects of inoculum production,cultivation season,mushroom house construction,fungus stick preparation,fruiting-body management,harvesting and processing,pests and diseases control.
