摘　　要： 采用文献资料等方法,对国内外竞技体育后备人才培养研究现状进行梳理和分析,在借鉴经验、查找存在问题的基础上,提出了竞技体育后备人才"学训合一"创新培养模式。重点解决长期困扰我国竞技体育后备人才培养的学与训矛盾问题,使体育竞技后备人才得到学习,训练、品德等方面的全方位提升,对他们的成长全过程进行全面教育。 By using literature method etc. , this paper analyzes the talent cultivation status of both domestic and abroad, puts forward an innovative mode of ＂Learning and Training＂ for the training of athletic sports talents on the basis of the experience analysis and existing problems searching. It aims tosolve the contradiction problem between learning and training, and make overall improvement on their learning, training and morality to realize overall process education during their growth.
