摘 要: 采用文献资料研究法,通过对100米短跑的特性阐述、短跑训练方法形成过程,揭示高级100米短跑运动员跑的速度训练理念:a)采用短距离、次级限和/或极限强度的训练;b)全年训练周期中,起重要作用的训练手段则是次级限和/或极限强度跑的练习;c)在全年的秋-冬训练时期,训练的重点应该是次级限到极限强度跑的练习以及起跑练习;d)在全年的春-夏训练时期,训练的重点则应是极限强度跑的练习,次级限至极限强度跑的练习。 Based on the characteristics of 100 -meter sprint, the formation of sprint training method is used to reveal the speed training concept of advanced 100 -meter sprinters: a) using short distance, sub -limit and/or limit strength training; b) in the annual training cycle, it is the sub- limit and/or limit exercise that plays the important role. c) in the autumn - winter training period, training should focus on secondary limit and/or limit exercise and start exercise. D ) During the spring - summer training period, the focus should be exercise of the ultimate strength, the sub -limit to the limit strength to run the practice.
