摘 要: 盐碱危害是水稻生产的重要限制因素之一,严重影响着水稻生长发育、生理与品质的形成。本研究以京宁7号、宁粳47号、宁粳44号、宁粳33号4个水稻品种为供试材料,在轻度盐碱土(S_1)、中度盐碱土(S_2)、重度盐碱土(S_3)及以农作物研究所基地稻田土作对照(S_0)的4种处理下,测定了水稻直链淀粉和支链淀粉含量积累动态并探究其数值变化情况。结果表明:盐碱度越高,对水稻籽粒直链淀粉和支链淀粉含量抑制作用越强,直链淀粉和支链淀粉含量均下降且支链含量下降幅度大于直链含量下降幅度,根据研究结果可以得出,4种水稻品种耐盐碱的程度表现为京宁7号>宁粳47号>宁粳44号>宁粳33号。 Salinity and alkalinity, one of the important limiting factors in rice production, has important influence on rice growth and development, physiology, and seed quality. In this study, the accumulation dynamics of rice amylose and amy- lopectin under the condition of different saline-alkali stresses were investigated using "Jingning" No.7, "Ningjing" No.47, "Ningjing" No.44, and "Ningjing" No.33 as the research material. The rice was sown in the soil with mild ($1), moderate (S~), and severe ($3) saline-alkali stresses, and in paddy soil as control (So) without stress. The results showed the higher salinity, the stronger inhibition for rice amylose and amylopectin content. The content of rice amylose and amylopectin de- Creased, and the decreasing rate of amylose was higher than that of amylopectin. According to the results, it was concluded that the sequence of salinity tolerance of the four rice varieties from high to low was "Jingning" No.7, "Ningjing" No.47, "Ningjing" No.44 and "Ningjing" No.33.
