摘 要: 为探讨不同锻炼项目对老年人心理健康和主观幸福感的影响,设计对照实验,以五禽戏和广场舞为锻炼手段,对48名老年人进行为期3个月的实验干预,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和幸福感量表(MUNSH)对老年人参加锻炼前后心理健康和主观幸福感水平进行综合分析。研究结果表明,五禽戏和广场舞锻炼均能有效的提高老年人的心理健康和主观幸福感总体水平;在心理健康方面,躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑和其他等因子改善明显;在主观幸福感方面,负性情感和负性体验等因子改善明显;五禽戏和广场舞锻炼对老年人心理健康和主观幸福感总体水平的影响基本相同,在人际关系敏感、抑郁和焦虑等因子上五禽戏锻炼效益优于广场舞;在正性体验因子上五禽戏锻炼效益优于广场舞。 To explore the influence of different exercises on elderly people' s health and the sense of subjective well - being, the paper designs the controlled experiment, in which 48 elderly people participating in Wuqinxi and square dance have been involved in three - month experimental intervention. The experiment employs SCL - 90 and MUNSH for the comprehensive analysis of the old people' s mental health and subjective well - being level before and after the exercises. The results show that the Wuqinxi and square dance can effectively improve the overall level of old people' s mental health and subjective well -being; in terms of mental health, somatization, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety and other factors have obviously been improved; in terms of subjective well - being, negative emotion and negative experience factors have also been obviously improved. The impact of the both exercised is similar. In the factors of interpersonal sensitivity, depression and anxiety, Wuqinxi is superior to square dance, while on the positive experience factor Wuqinxi is better than square dance.
