摘　　要： 目的:基于中医传承辅助平台软件V2.5软件,分析和挖掘《颜德馨膏方精华》中所载膏方的组方规律和用药特色,为传承颜德馨膏方学术思想提供参考。方法:收集《颜德馨膏方精华》所载膏方,构建颜德馨膏方数据库,采用频次分析、关联规则、复杂系统熵聚类及无监督的熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法进行数据分析。结果:通过对378首方剂分析,涉及中药439味,使用频次≥150次的药物共35味,药组多以调畅气血药物为主。结论:颜德馨教授膏方体现了气血衡法的学术思想,也显示了组药配伍的"动静结合"特色。 Objective： To analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions of YAN Dexin Cream Formula Essence based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform software V2. 5,providing reference for inheritance YAN Dexin Cream Formula＇ s academic ideas. Methods： Cream Formula was used to build a prescription database. The software integration data mining method was used to distribute prescriptions according to frequency statistics,association rules,complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised hierarchical clustering. Results： Totally 378 prescriptions were selected,involving 439 TCM herbs,including 35 TCM herbs with the use frequency≥150. Furthermore,the drug group was mainly based on regulating Qi and blood.Conclusion： Professor YAN Dexin＇ s prescription embodies the academic thought of balance of Qi and blood,it also shows that the combination of dynamic drugs and static drugs characteristics.
