摘　　要： 目的:建立一种简便易行且符合老年髋部骨折患者特点的风险评估系统,为临床上治疗老年髋部骨折提供风险预测及示警。方法:将我院自2013年7月~2014年7月收治的60岁以上的髋部骨折患者215例纳入统计,对患者依据风险评估系统进行评估及分级,同时筛查是否存在高危因素,对所有患者进行随访,记录并发症发生情况及死亡时间、原因,对数据进行分析,评判风险评估系统的临床有效性。结果:该评估系统具有一定的临床意义,能够对临床治疗老年髋部骨折过程提供风险预测。 Objective： To establish a simple and feasible risk assessment system to meet the characteristics of elderly patients with hip fracture,provide risk forecast and warning for the treatment of senile hip fracture. Methods： 215 cases of old people over 60 years of age of hip fracture in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2014 were included in the statistics. Evaluation and classification of patients according to the risk assessment system,at the same time,there were high risk factors for screening,follow up for all patients,the incidence of complications and the time and cause of death were recorded,analysis of data,evaluation of clinical effectiveness of risk assessment system. Conclusion： The evaluation system has a certain clinical significance,and can provide the risk prediction for the clinical treatment of hip fracture in elderly patients.
