摘　　要： 新时期特别是2011年以来马克思恩格斯文化思想研究取得丰硕成果,该文就是对这些成果的综述。文章首先探讨了两个前提性问题:马克思恩格斯"文化"一词的内涵和二人有无文化思想的论争。随后对产生条件、理论渊源、发展过程、内容体系、价值五个论题进行了综述。最后对前人的成就略作评价,对未来的研究稍作前瞻。 From new period especially since 2011, Marx and Engels cultural thought research has yielded fruitful results; this paper is a review of these results. First this paper discusses the two prerequisite questions： the connotation of the word ＂culture＂ by Marx and Engels and the argument of them having or not cultural thoughts. Then to five topics produce condition, theory origin, developing process, content system, the value of their cultural thoughts are reviewed. Finally the paper slightly evaluates the achievements of predecessors＇, and forward of the future research.
