摘　　要： 本文运用试验、问卷调查、文献研究等方法,以素质拓展教学为手段,对大连海洋大学、大连海事大学在校女大学生的人文素质状况进行了调查,分析了女大学生人文素质在实验前、实验后的不同。调查结果显示:现阶段女大学生人文素质状况不容乐观,而且大部分女大学生希望自己的人文素质有提高。而素质拓展的一些新颖的训练方式能够为女大学生的人文素养提升带来有效的推动力,由此可见,在高校重视并开展好素质拓展课程十分必要。 This paper investigates the humanistic quality of female college students in Dalian Ocean University and Dalian Maritime University by means of experiment, questionnaire survey and literature research, and analyzes the humanistic quality of female college students by means of quality extension teaching. Before the experiment, After the difference. The results show that the quality of female students in the present stage is not optimistic, and most female college students hope that their humanities have improved their quality. And the quality of the development of some innovative means of training, training model can help female students to improve the quality of humanities, so I suggest that colleges and universities attach importance to and develop a good quality to develop courses.
