摘　　要： 铜仁市围绕同步小康这个目标,把精准扶贫作为第一民生工程来抓,以改革为动力,推进产业扶贫、电商扶贫、教育扶贫、金融扶贫、旅游扶贫,民生扶贫、推动扶贫开发由输血式向造血式、被动式向参与式、粗放式向精细式、分散式向集中式转变,走出了一条符合铜仁实际的新路。特别是在贫困人口、贫困村建档立卡和驻村帮扶工作上得到了国务院扶贫办的高度肯定,称之为"精准扶贫铜仁模式"。 Tongren City, around the goal of synchronous well-off, puts precise poverty as the first livelihood project task, driven by the reform, promotes industrial poverty alleviation, e-commerce poverty alleviation, education poverty alleviation, finance poverty alleviation, tourism poverty alleviation, and people＇s livelihood poverty allevia- tion,and promotesthe development of poverty alleviation transforming from blood transfusion to hematopoietic type, passive to participation, extensive to intensive change to the centralized and decentralized, walking out of a new road in line with the actual Tongren. Especially participatory residency helping work in poor population and villages has been highly recognized LGOP, called ＂the targeted poverty alleviation Tongren model＂.
