摘　　要： 通行费收入预测在高速公路建设及项目可行性研究方面具有重要意义。通行费收入预测包括交通量、收费标准和收费里程三个要素。通过对计重收费模式下高速公路通行费收入预测过程、步骤和方法的研究,提出收费系数法,进一步完善通行费收入预测工作,使预测结果更准确。为高速公路建设项目的可行性研究、回购费用测算、资产评估等提供可靠的理论基础。 Toll revenue forecast is very important in freeway construction and project feasibility study. There are three main factors in toll revenue forecast：traffic volume, charge standard, and mileage. Based on the research of process, steps and methods of toll revenue forecast in toil-by-weight mode of the freeway, the toll coefficient is purposed. The work of toll revenue forecast is improved, and the prediction result is more accurate. A reliable theoretical basis is provided from this method for freeway construction project feasibility study, cost estimates, repurchase assets.
