摘 要: 高校师生关系应是无功利色彩的"亦师亦友"关系。现实中高校师生关系却表现出功利化的倾向,主要表现在师生关系上的"物质化"、"工具化"、"平淡化"等方面。引发并导致功利化倾向的主要因素有社会大环境的渗透影响、教学空间环境的改变、师生考核评价机制和标准的偏差等。矫正并形成健康、和谐的高校师生关系,应引导师生完善自身的道德品行,完善师生考核评价机制和标准,并积极构建"亦师亦友"的师生关系共同体。 The relationship between teachers and students should be like teachers and friends with no utilitarian color. However, in reality, the relationship shows some kind of utilitarian tendency, which is mainly manifested as materialization, instrumentalization and estrangement. The main factors that cause the utilitarian tendency are the influence of the social environment, the change of the teaching space environment, and the deviation of the evaluation mechanism and standards. In order to correct this and form a healthy and harmonious relationship, we should guide them to improve their moral character, improve the evaluation mechanism and standard, and actively build a teacher-student relationship community of teachers as well friends.
