摘　　要： 目的研究并分析对老年痴呆患者使用综合护理的效果及意义。方法 98例老年痴呆患者,按照完全随机化分组原则将其分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合综合护理。将两组治疗依从性进行观察和对比。结果观察组治疗依从性为93.88%,对照组治疗依从性为73.47%,观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年痴呆患者的护理过程中,综合护理能够显著提升患者的治疗依从性,值得推广应用。 Objective To study and analyze the effect and significance of senile dementia patients treated with comprehensive nursing. Methods A total of 98 senile dementia patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 49 eases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group. Treatment compliance was observed and compared in two groups. Results The observation group had treatment compliance as 93.88%, and the control group had treatment compliance as. 73.47%. The observation group had higher treatment compliance than the control group, and the difference had statistical significarice （P〈0.05）. Conclusion During nursing of senile dementia patients, comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the patient＇s treatment compliance, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
