钢筋混凝土梁开裂后钢筋应力变化规律

摘  要: 为研究开裂后钢筋混凝土构件内钢筋的应力变化规律,以钢筋混凝土梁为例开展研究.用ANSYS软件建立钢筋混凝土简支梁和连续梁模型,在其上施加均布载荷,通过减少单元来模拟梁内裂缝情况.分别模拟不同宽度、不同深度、不同位置的裂缝,并观察梁内钢筋最大应力的变化及最大应力位置的改变.研究结果表明:裂缝的存在仅仅影响裂缝截面处附近的钢筋应力;裂缝深度对钢筋应力影响显著,裂缝越深,裂缝处钢筋拉应力越大;裂缝出现会使梁中钢筋拉应力最大值出现的位置发生变化,由跨中向开裂处转移;裂缝位置越靠近跨中,钢筋应力最大值越大,但相对未开裂时的应力增加率不随裂缝位置变化而变化. Taking a reinforced concrete beam for example, this paper studied the regularity on the stress of steel bar in reinforced concrete structures after cracking. Finite element models of a simply supported beam under distributed loading and a continuous beam under distributed loading were built using ANSYS. Cracks with different widths, depths, and locations were simulated in these models. And then the maximum stress and distribution regularity were observed. The result of numerical simulation shows that the stress of steel bar is affected by cracks only on the section where cracks appear; the crack depth affects the stress of steel bar significantly, and the deeper the crack, the larger the stress of steel bar. The crack may change the location of maximum stress of steel bar in beams, which is from mid-span to the location of crack; the closer to mid-span the location of crack, the larger the maximum stress of steel bar. But ratio of stress increasing doesn't change with the shift of crack location.
