摘　　要： 随着电力企业的IT系统越来越复杂,IT系统中包含的应用系统、软硬件系统、网络等各种资源,以及部门和人员对资源的使用、维护和更新等,是企业IT系统运行维护的内容。基于信息技术基础设施库(ITIL)的电力企业信息系统运行维护体系,在研究了ITIL的基础上,结合企业的IT运行维护实际情况,建立适合企业的IT运行维护解决方案,确保企业的IT系统的良好运行和合理投资效益。该文重点分析了电力企业实施ITIL的背景及意义,探索建立ITIL运行维护模型的设计原则。 With more and more complicated IT system in electric power enterprise,hardware and software application system,the system included in the IT system,network and other resources,and personnel departments and the use of resources,renewal and maintenance,operation and maintenance of the content of enterprise IT system.Operation and maintenance system of electric power enterprise information system based on information technology infrastructure library（ITIL）,on the basis of ITIL is studied,combined with the IT operation of enterprises and maintenance of the actual situation,to establish the IT operation enterprise maintenance solutions,to ensure smooth operation of the IT system of enterprise and reasonable investment benefit.This paper analyzes the background and significance of the implementation of ITIL in electric power enterprises,and explores the design principles of ITIL operation and maintenance model.
