摘　　要： 结合某酒店改建工程项目,从变配电系统、动力系统、照明系统、防雷接地系统、火灾自动报警系统方面介绍了酒店改建工程的电气设计及绿色节能设计。提出既有建筑改造的电气设计要在原有建筑构造的基础上克服既有建筑的不利条件,符合国家相关规范的要求,选用的新产品在满足业主需求的前提下达到节能的目的。 Combining by a reconstruction hotel project,this paper introduced the electrical design and green energysaving design of existing building,in aspects of transformation and distribution system,dynamical system,lighting system,lightning protection and grounding system,automatic fire alarm system. It is pointed out that the electrical design of existing building renovation should overcome the disadvantages of existing building,and conform to the requirements of national specifications. The new products meet the requirements of owners,which achieves the purpose of energy conservation.
