摘　　要： 创新创业人才已经成为经济发展和产业转型升级的关键影响因素,但由于创新创业人才培养内在机理研究的缺失,使其缺乏系统的社会支持,可持续发展动力不足。本研究在分析创新创业人才培养与供给侧改革之间作用机理基础上,结合其面临的供给方专业化程度不高、需求方参与度不高等问题,提出扶持政策与创新创业人才全方位对接、"产学研创"共融共建、创新创业人才培养与产业发展需求相匹配、创新创业人才培养与区域资源无缝衔接等建议,为有效促进创新创业人才培养提供参考。 Based on the effect mechanism between creative talent fostering and provided side reforming, and combined with low speciali- zation for provided side and low participant activity for needed side, the paper proposes some suggests, such as realizing overall closed contact between support and creative talent, comprehensive combination among ＂production, education, research and creation＂, matc- hing for fostering creative talent and developed necessary, and cosed joint between fostering creative talent and regional resource.
