摘　　要： 敏捷转型过程存在很多难点和风险。文章对敏捷转型反模式进行了分析,提出了针对性的敏捷转型策略,以期为传统软件开发团队合理引入敏捷开发提供帮助。 There are a lot of difficulties and pitfalls in the process of agile transition. Anti-patterns of agile transition are analyzed in this paper. Based on analysis, a valid agile transition strategy is presented. It will be helpful for applying agile practices to traditional software development teams.
