摘　　要： 目的评价男男性行为者艾滋病风险评估量表(MSM HIV-RAS)的可行性和有效性。方法参考国外HIV风险计算器,结合国内该人群艾滋病疫情特点制定MSM HIV-RAS,随机抽取自愿咨询检测(VCT)的60名MSM进行HIV危险评估和重复测量,评价其信度和效度。结果量表Cronbach'sα系数为0.702;重测信度Spearman相关系数均>0.733;因子分析显示结构效度较好,3个公因子能解释量表内容的65.866%。结论 MSM HIV-RAS具有良好的信度和效度,可用于相关研究。 Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the self-designed HIV Risk Assessment Scale for Men who have sex with men （MSM HIV-RAS）. Methods We designed the MSM HIV-RAS on the basis of the HIV risk calculator, and combined with the domestic features of AIDS prevalence. The scale was evaluated for its reliability and validity by random selection of 60 MSM of VCT for I-IIV risk assessment and repetitive measurement. Results The Cronbach＇s α coefficient was 0. 702. The Spearman correlation coefficients for reliability of repetitive measurement were 〉 0. 733. Factor analysis showed that the structure validity is high, and three common factors could explain 65. 866% of the content. Conclusion The MSM HIV-RAS has good reliability and validity, and can be used in further related researches.
