摘　　要： 从"无边界"组织的概念出发,探讨传统博物馆有哪些边界,作为新业态的无边界博物馆又该如何破除这些"边界"?分析无边界博物馆作为无边界组织理论下的一种运营理念在国内博物馆中的应用、发展趋势及所面临的问题,对发挥博物馆在公共文化服务体系建设及文化惠民工作中的作用有很好的检视和推动作用。 Starting from the concept ＂boundaryless organizations＂, this paper discusses what kinds of boundaries the traditional museums have, and how ＂boundaryless museums＂, as a new business form, should break these boundaries. Then, this paper analyzed the application of the ＂boundaryless museums＂ as a managing idea in the museums in China under the direction of the theory of ＂boundaryless organizations＂, its developing tendency and the problems it is facing, and pointed out that this idea has good supervision and improvement functions for the museums to fully play their rote in the construction of the public cultural service system and the work of cultural people-benefiting project.
