摘 要: [目的]观察自制乌梅喷雾剂对唾液腺分泌功能及唾液成分、理化指标的影响,探讨乌梅喷雾剂对唾液腺的作用。[方法]采用自身前后对照试验,收集某大学42名健康学生的唾液,分为基础唾液组和乌梅喷雾组,并对两组的唾液流率、pH及唾液中Na^+、K^+浓度及Na^+/K^+比值、淀粉酶浓度进行比较。[结果]乌梅喷雾组唾液流率指数(-0.80±0.54)高于基础唾液组(-1.08±0.49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);基础唾液组与乌梅喷雾组Na^+分别为(11.69±5.28)mmol/L、(8.31±3.60)mmol/L,K^+分别为(33.99±8.04)mmol/L、(25.09±8.51)mmol/L,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而Na^+/K^+比值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);乌梅喷雾组淀粉酶为(1 379.35±487.41)U/L,显著低于基础唾液组(1 880.95U/L±435.96U/L)(P<0.05)。[结论]乌梅喷雾剂作用于健康人腺体对唾液功能有显著影响,在不影响口腔酸碱度以及血液-唾液屏障通透性的情况下,不仅有效促进唾液分泌,还对唾液中Na^+、K^+、淀粉酶的浓度有一定程度的影响。 Objective:To observe the influence of self-made fructus mume spray on salivary gland secretion and saliva composition,physical and chemical indexes,so as to probe into the effect of fructus mume spray on salivary glands.Methods:Using before-after study in the same patient,the saliva of 42 healthy students in a university was collected and divided into basal saliva group and fructus mume spray group.The saliva flow rate,pH value,Na^+,K^+ concentration in saliva and Na^+/K^+ ratio,and amylase concentration were compared.Results:The salivary flow rate in fructus mume group(-0.80±0.54) was higher than that in basal saliva group (-1.08±0.49),the differ ence was statistically significant (P〈0.05).The concentration of Na^+ in basal saliva group and fructus mume spray group was (11.69±5.28)mmol/L and (8.31±3.60)mmol/L respectively.The concentration of K^+ in two groups was (33.99±8.04)mmol/L and (25.09±8.51)mmol/L,respectively.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P〈0.05),while the Na^+/K^+ ratio had no significantly difference (P〉0.05).The amylase concentration of fructus mume group was (1 379.35±487.41)U/L,which was significant lower than that in basal saliva group(1 880.95 U/L±435.96 U/L) (P〈0.05).Conclusion:The effect of fructus mume spray on the saliva function in healthy human glands was great.It could not only promote the saliva secretion,but also affect the concentration of Na^+,K^+,and amylase in saliva,not affecting the oral acidity and blood-saliva barrier permeability.
