摘　　要： 协同育人是职业教育人才培养模式的一种创新,是技能型人才培养的必要途径。高职院校通过与社会各方合作,可以提高人才培养质量。要实现协同育人,需从办学基础方面寻求突破,主要包括搭建平台,构建教育内容体系,建立合作机制。 The cooperative education system is an innovation of the vocational education talent training model, and also is a necessary ap- proach for the cultivation of professional skills. By cooperating with all sectors of society, higher vocational colleges could im- prove the quality of personnel training. In order to realize the cooperative education, higher vocational coleges need to seek a breakthrough from the schooling base, mainly including the construction of education platform, construction of education content system, and establishment of cooperation mechanism.
