摘 要: 将多目标线性规划模型优化的六安市土地利用结构,与六安市土地利用总体规划目标确定的土地利用结构比较,结果发现,优化的土地利用系统,无论从土地约束性指标的实现,还是碳减排和生态价值的实现等,均优于规划目标的土地利用系统。因此,在土地利用总体规划编制过程中,应用多目标线性规划模型优化的土地利用结构,比上级规划下达的硬性指标更科学合理,更符合规划区域实际;土地利用系统碳排放的减少和生态价值的提高,正是生态优先,绿色发展理念所倡导的。 The land use structure in Lu'an city was optimized using the multiobjective linear programming model, which was compared with the land use structure determined by the goal of Lu'an land use planning. The result showed that the optimized land use system is better than the land use system of the planning target, whether from the realization of the land constrained index, or from the carbon emission reduction and the realization of ecological value. Therefore, it is more reasonable and realistic to use the multiobjective linear programming model in the process of overall land using planning. The reduction of carbon emission and the improvement of ecological value in land use system are advocated by orioritizing ecological benefits and the green develooment conceot.
