摘 要: 开发设计工业机器人交流伺服驱动系统,能够基于DSP控制器TMS320F2812、从系统需求分析、总体结构设计、硬件设计、电路模块设计方面,优化设计开发交流伺服驱动系统。结果证实,在工业机器人交流伺服驱动系统设计开发中,能够提高工业机器人技术,确保提升工业机器人动作精度,提升18.0%,发挥积极设计实现效益。结论表明,在实际中优化设计工业机器人交流伺服驱动系统,能够提升工业机器人设备动作精度,发挥积极影响,可以在实践中推广该系统设计方案。 development of industrial robot design and AC servo drive system development, based on TMS320F2812 DSP controller, from the system requirements analysis, overall structure design, hardware design, circuit module design, optimize design and development of AC servo drive system. The results show that in the design and development of industrial robot AC servo drive system, the technology of industrial robot can be improved, and the movement accuracy of industrial robot can be improved. 18%.
