摘　　要： 目的观察酸性清洗剂在消毒供应室医疗器械清洗中的应用，评价其清洗质量。方法对2016年2月～2017年2月市级妇幼保健医院消毒供应中心收纳的800件污染医疗器械，根据时间段不同分为参照组（2016年2月～2016年8月）与研究组（2016年9月～2017年3月）各400件，对参照组器械采取多酶清洗剂清洗，研究组则行碱性清洗剂清洗，观察比较2组器械清洗情况。结果研究组器械清洗总优良率为97.25%（389/400），参照组为89.50%（358/400），2组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组清洗安全性、实用性、经济性、综合评分明显优于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论碱性清洗剂应用于消毒供应室医疗器械清洗中效果显著，可有效清除器械残留物与微生物等，且安全性较高，经济成本较低，具有重要实用价值。 Objective To observe the application of alkaline cleaning agent in disinfection and supply room cleaning of medical devices,toevaluate the cleaning quality.Methods The800contaminated medical instruments collected from February2016to February2017in municipalmaternal and child health hospital were divided into control group(February2016to August2016)and study group(September2016to March2017)according to different time periods,with400pieces in each group.In the reference group,the instrument was washed with multienzyme detergent,and the study group was cleaned with alkaline detergent.The cleaning of2groups of instruments was observed and compared.Results The totalexcellent and good rate of instrument cleaning in the study group was97.25%(389/400),in the reference group was89.50%(358/400),the differencebetween the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the cleaning safety,practicality,economy,comprehensive score difference of the studygroup was significantly better than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of alkaline cleaning agent used in disinfection supply roomcleaning medical instruments is remarkable,and the equipment residue and microorganism can be effectively eliminated,and the utility model has theadvantages of high safety and low economic cost,and has the important practical value.
