锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁变形性能分析

摘  要: 开展锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁受弯试验,通过试验梁变形曲线、荷载-挠度曲线及混凝土应变曲线等对试验梁变形性能进行深入分析。研究表明,在荷载作用下,试验梁B15-1,B15-2从屈服至破坏阶段的变形急剧增大,试验梁B15-2发生了脆性破坏。随着纵筋锈蚀率的增大,试验梁的屈服荷载及极限荷载均逐渐下降,屈服阶段不再明显,混凝土应变曲线不再符合平截面假定。当纵筋锈蚀率小于10%时,试验梁的刚度随锈蚀率的增大略有增加,当纵筋锈蚀率大于10%时,试验梁刚度下降较快,且变形不再协调。 The flexural tests were carried out on corroded reinforced concrete beams to study the deformation performance of the test beams through deformation curve,load-deflection curve and concrete strain curve of test beams. The results show that under the loading actions,the deformations of the test beam B15-1 and B15-2 increase sharply from the yielding stage to the failure stage,and the brittle failure happens on the test beam B15-2. With the increase of corrosion rate of longitudinal reinforcement,the yielding load and ultimate load of the test beam decrease gradually,the yielding stage is no longer obvious,and the concrete strain curve no longer conforms to the plane section assumption. When the corrosion rate of the longitudinal reinforcement is less than 10%,the rigidity of the test beam increases slightly with the increase of the corrosion rate. When the corrosion rate of the longitudinal reinforcement is larger than 10%,the rigidity of the test beam declines rapidly and the deformation is no longer coordinated.
