摘　　要： 天津市高职院校提升办学水平建设项目促进了项目院校内涵建设,发挥示范作用,收效显著。以产出导向和以评价促发展的理念,提出了基于投入产出考量的提升水平项目绩效评价的一种方法,这种方法的特点是可操作性强、应用性强和可量化。 The running level promotion construction projects of higher vocational colleges in Tianjin have promoted the connotation construction of project colleges and play a demonstration role,with significant effect.Based on the concept of output orientation and promoting development through evaluation,a method of evaluating the performance of improvement projects based on the input and output assessment has been promoted,and this method is characterized by strong operability,applicability and quantification.
