摘　　要： 通过对天丝织物活性染料数码喷墨印花工艺的研究,探讨了天丝织物的最佳上浆预处理和印花工艺,测定了印花后天丝织物的得色量和色牢度。结果表明,天丝织物活性染料数码喷墨印花预处理的最佳工艺为:海藻酸钠2.5%,碳酸氢钠2%,尿素10%,硫酸钠3%,102℃汽蒸15 min。印花后的天丝织物各项色牢度可以达到4级以上。 Ink-jet printing process of Tencel fabric with reactive dyes is investigated, the optimum pretreatment sizing and printing process are discussed, and color yield, color fastness and whiteness of the prints are tested. The experimental results show that the optimum pretreatment process is： sodium algihate 2.5%, sodium bicarbonate 2%, urea 10%, sodium sulfate 3%, and steaming at 102 ℃ for 15 min. The Tencel prints feature good color fastnesses of above Grade 4.
