摘　　要： 松丝绒类产品是一种以涤纶为主要原料的沙发用织物,通过选择高速特里科经编机,结合后整理工艺流程及操作要点,包括高温定形、拉毛、烫剪、预定形、染色、轧柔、烘干、成品烫剪、成品定形,可赋予织物蓬松柔软、舒适美观的效果。 Velvet product is a kind of fabric with polyester as the main raw material for sofa. The fabric with fluffy, soft, comfortable and beautiful properties can be obtained by using high-speed tricot machine, combining with finishing processes, including the processes of high temperature setting, napping, hot cutting, presetting, dyeing, rolling, drying, and setting of finished products. The operation points are pointed out.
