摘　　要： 目的观察半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗瘀痰互结型脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选择医院2014年1月至2016年6月收治的瘀痰互结型脑梗死患者56例,随机分为对照组(常规治疗)和研究组(常规治疗+半夏白术天麻汤),各28例。结果研究组总有效率为96.43%,明显高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者血浆黏度、血小板聚集率、纤维蛋白原水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组智能状态评分为(24.2±5.5)分,日常生活能力评分为(63.6±6.8)分,显著高于对照组的(20.4±4.3)分和(53.1±5.3)分(P<0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤治疗瘀痰互结型脑梗死疗效确切,有利于改善患者血液流变学指标,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in treating cerebral infarction with syndrome of stasis phlegm and combined together. Methods Totally 56 patients with cerebral infarction with syndrome of stasis phlegm and combined together in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,28 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy,while the study group was given conventional therapy combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96. 43%,which was significantly higher than78. 57% of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the plasma viscosity,platelet aggregation rate and fibrinogen level in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the intelligence status score and the daily living ability score of the study group were（ 24. 2 ± 5. 5） points and（ 63. 6 ± 6. 8） points,which were significantly higher than（ 20. 4 ±4. 3） points and（ 53. 1 ± 5. 3） points of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in treating cerebral infarction with syndrome of stasis phlegm and combined together has good effect,it can improve the hemorheology indexes,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
