摘　　要： 目的观察阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性脑卒中的疗效及对颈动脉斑块及卒中复发的影响。方法选取医院2014年1月至2015年12月收治的缺血性脑卒中患者300例,采用便利抽样法将其分为对照组与观察组,各150例。对照组给予口服阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察组给予口服阿托伐他汀钙片联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,治疗12个月后分析两组疗效。结果治疗后,观察组严重狭窄率明显低于对照组(16.00%比30.00%,P<0.05);治疗期间,观察组卒中复发11例(7.33%),对照组卒中复发23例(15.33%),观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林可有效改善缺血性脑卒中患者颈动脉狭窄程度,控制卒中复发率,有助于提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with aspirin on carotid plaque and stroke recurrence in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods Totally 300 patients with ischemic stroke in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the convenience sampling method,150 cases in each group. The control group was given Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets,while the observation group was given Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets combined with Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets. After 12 months of treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results After treatment,the rate of severe stenosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ 16. 00% vs. 30. 00%,P 〈0. 05）. During the treatment period,11 cases（ 7. 33%） in the observation group suffered recurrence of stroke,and 23 cases（ 15. 33%） in the control group,the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with aspirin can effectively improve the degree of carotid stenosis in patients with ischemic stroke,control the recurrence rate of stroke,and help to improve the therapeutic effect. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
