摘　　要： 目的:探讨评价骨盆骨折腹膜后血肿病人给予中医辅助护理干预的应用效果与价值。方法:选取89例骨盆骨折腹膜后血肿病人并利用随机综合序贯法分为特色组(45例)和基础组(44例)。在对症支持治疗过程中,基础组接受西医常规基础护理,特色组在此基础上另接受中医辅助护理干预。对比愈合效果、一般症状评分变化、护理前后患者生活质量变化。结果:特色组痊愈率及总有效率均远高于基础组(P<0.05);护理后两组腹痛、腹胀、排便异常及血肿刺激征评分均较护理前显著降低(P<0.05),且护理后特色组与基础组间也存在显著性差异(P<0.05);护理后两组不同维度生活质量评分均较护理前显著升高(P<0.05),且护理后特色组评分显著高于基础组(P<0.05)。结论:在骨盆骨折腹膜后血肿病人中应用中医特色护理干预能够有效提升愈合效果,在减轻症状的同时还可有效改善其生活质量。 Objective： To discuss and evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing model in patients with pelvic fractures complicated with retroperitoneal hematoma. Methods： 89 patients with pelvic fractures were randomly divided into two groups： the characteristic group（ n = 45） and the basic group（ n = 44） by the stochastic comprehensive sequential method. In the process of symptomatic support treatment,the basic group received routine nursing care of Western medicine,and on the other hand,the study group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode. The curative effect,general symptom score,quality of life of patients before and after nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rates of the study group were much higher than that in the basic group（ P 0. 05）. The scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,abnormal defecation and hematoma irritation in the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing（ P 0. 05）,especially,the study group was significantly different from the basic group after nursing（ P 0. 05）. After nursing,the scores of quality life of the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing care（ P 0. 05）,and the scores of the study group were significantly higher than those in the basic group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with pelvic fracture and retroperitoneal hematoma can effectively improve the recovery effect,which can lessen the symptoms and improve the quality of life of the patients at the same time.
