自校准式NH_3浓度检测装置设计与研究

摘  要: 畜禽舍内氨气的浓度会影响动物的生长健康,目前市面上氨气传感器较广泛采用电化学的方式进行检测,其存在易老化、寿命短、需人工校准等问题,针对该问题本文设计一种基于TDLAS光谱吸收方式进行氨气检测的装置。该装置基于Beer-Lambert定律,选择波长1 512.2nm的DFB激光器作为NH_3气体检测光源,利用分光镜将光源引入两个气室,一个作为测量气室,另一个作为参考气室,通过参考气室的输出信号定时的对设备进行自我校准,保证测量的准确性,避免人工现场校准。该设备通过在猪舍试验,结果表明其无需预采样,直接测量,气体信息不易失真,可定时自动校准,无需手动标定等特点,通过与传统电化学传感器对比试验表明,该种检测原理在稳定性上具有明显优势,在农业气体检测领域中具有广泛的应用前景。 Ammonia concentration of livestock house affects the growth of animal.The electrochemical testing method is widely used in existing ammonia testing sensors,which has easy to aging,short life,manual calibration and other disadvantages.Aiming at the problems above,an ammonia testing device was designed based on TDLAS technology.DFB laser with 1 512.2nm wavelength was selected as the detection light source of NH3,based on Beer-Lambert's law.Thus,the light source were introduced into two air chambers,one was used as measuring chamber,and another as the reference chamber.Timely self-calibration was done with the output signal of the reference chamber,so as to ensure the measurement accuracy,and avoid manual calibration at the site.The experiment was conducted in a pig house without pre-sampling,and the results show that this designed device can measure the NH3 concentration directly,gas information is not easy to be distorted,and the timely automatic calibration can be achieved.Compared with the traditional electrochemical sensor,this agricultural gas detection principle has obvious advantages of stability and wide application prospect.
