摘　　要： 通过运用Citespace软件对2010-2015年web of science核心数据库的641条文献记录和中国知网的946条疟疾监测文献进行科学知识图谱分析。国外疟疾监测的关键主题词有"恶性疟原虫"、"传播"等10个,关键节点文献9篇,共形成了"发病""控制""疟疾研究""传播""防御"等研究聚类7个。"间歇性治疗"、"重症疟疾"、"热带气候"等是近五年疟疾研究的前沿热点。"监测"、"流动人口"、"疫情"、"恶性疟原虫"等也是中国近5年来的研究热点。目前国外对于疟疾监测的研究集中于疟疾的病原学、流行病学、预防与治疗研究;监测仍然是当前的研究重点,进入消除疟疾阶段的中国,在疟疾监测能力及其成本效益等方面研究有待加强。 This study applied Citespace to analyze the 641 and 946 records from the core database of web of science and CNKI, respectively. There are 10 key words such as ＂Plasmodium falciparum＂ and ＂transmission＂, 9 key articles, 7 knowledge clusters such as ＂morbidity＂, ＂control＂, ＂malaria research＂, ＂transmission＂ and ＂defence＂. Besides, ＂intermittent treatment＂, ＂severe malaria＂ and ＂tropical climate＂ are the forefront of malaria research in recent five years, meanwhile in the Chinese litera- ture, most researehesfoeus on＂ surveillance＂, ＂migrant population＂, ＂endemic＂ and ＂Plasmodium falciparum＂. Nowadays, the international researches focus on pathogeny, epidemiology, prevention and treatment of malaria, and surveillaneeis still the focus of the current research. Although China has entered the malaria elimination stage, the ability and cost - effectiveness of surveil- lance are needed to be improved further.
