液相准分子激光烧蚀制备碳纳米颗粒及其发光性能

摘  要: 将碳化硅(SiC)粉末分散于去离子水中,用准分子脉冲激光进行烧蚀反应,离心后得到分散于去离子水中的碳纳米颗粒。透射电子显微镜观测表明这些碳纳米颗粒大多为空心结构,直径为20~30nm。碳纳米颗粒表面钝化良好,具有优良的发光性能。在紫外光激发下,纳米颗粒在去离子水中的悬浮液在紫-蓝光区域有较强、较稳定光发射,其发光与缺陷态,量子限制效应有关。 Silicon carbide (SIC) powders were dispersed in de-ionized water and ablated with the excimer pulsed laser. The carbon nanoparticles suspended in de-ionized water were prepared via the centrifugation. The transmission electron microscopy images show that the carbon nanoparticles are mostly hollow with a diameter of 20- 30 nm. The surfaces of the nanoparticles are passivated well. The carbon nanoparticles have excellent photoluminescence properties. Excited by the violet lines, the nanoparticles have strong and stable photolumineseence emission in the violet-blue region, which is related to the defect states and the quantum confinement effect.
